So it took me a long time to listen to this. I honestly don’t know why. Maybe its fear that they continued to advance towards a less melody driven / catchy form of music that was obvious going from “Robbers and Cowards” to “Loyalty to Loyalty” (and, if I can be honest, the veiled pop sensibilities they had in Robbers is what I really loved). So far, “Mine is Yours” is much more akin to Robbers and I’m loving it. So if you’ve been holding off as well, just listen now.
